Description
Pia Hinz is an artist specializing in installation, living and working between Ardèche, Amsterdam, Arles (FR). Her subject matter often involves the notion of temporality. This project recreated one of her works and its environment. As the only image documentation that existed was a low resolution image from the archive, the installation was recreated in its original exhibition space with the help of 3D modelling. The resulting work was printed in an edition of 300. Paradoxically, this 1770 × 2500 pixel image is what I have left of this project.
